My Cash Flow Academy has integrated live Go See trips to cities all around the US where they have experienced successful investing and where the next opportunities are hiding.

2 days of jam packed scouting of 15-25 properties that fit the participants goals. So if we have people on the trip that are looking for multi-family we target that. If we have people looking for student housing, flips, or single family investments, we packed the 2 days with those assets. Meeting the property manager, the banker and GC are often part of the trip as well. Meet the players before you buy!

While we are there, we treat you to a celebration dinner and you can enjoy the city, and it is all a write off (check with your CPA if this applies to you).
